Schools have been an important part of the Church’s ministry since the Church came to northern Ghana. They are one of the primary means whereby the Church helps people. Cc 796-806.
- The diocese appoints a Deputy Regional Manager for Catholic Schools who is to work full time for the benefit of the Catholic schools in the diocese. He is to work in coordination with the Regional Manager for Catholic Schools
- Every parish priest, or his assistant, is the local manager of Catholic schools in his parish.
- Catholic schools on the secondary level come directly under the diocese.
- The diocese shall be involved in school chaplaincies.
